Shipping policy

  • Orders are usually prepared in 3-4 business days, but we are a very small team and sometimes orders can take up to 10 days to dispatch. After this period, delivery is usually expected in 4-8 business days (SPAIN), 8-25 business days (REST OF THE WORLD). This is not a guaranteed time frame.
  • Shipped by Correos via a tracked and/or signed service. Small packages like pins or stickers are not trackable. Tracking is provided for the rest of products. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to become active.
  • We are not responsible for lost items, stolen packages, or incorrect shipping addresses. Please check your order carefully before finalizing it.
  • Mistakes on your order (wrong address, wrong product, wrong size, etc...) will be able to fix only in the next 2 hours after purchasing. Please contact

  • A signature may be required upon delivery for trackable packages.
  • We are not responsible for/cannot track packages once they leave the country, and not all regions offer end-to-end tracking with this service, you must check your tracking number with your national post service, or on
